SENZA Hotel kindly invited me to spend a weekend with them in the Napa Valley, and it has been one of my favorite summer experiences so far! I was hosted in one of the Vineyard Suites, and the entire experience was serious #goals.
Located alongside Highway 29, and just south of Yountville in the Napa Valley, the SENZA Hotel is a lush oasis in a sea of leafy vineyards. The luxury hotel boasts incredible vineyard views, an on-site spa, pool and jacuzzi, complimentary wine and cheese hour, complimentary wifi, Tesla wall chargers, a glorious continental breakfast complete with fresh fruit and baked goods (also complimentary), and a fitness room.
When entering the property, guests are greeted by two ponds, a gentle SENZA waterfall, and vineyards that sprawl for as far as the eye can see. The recently renovated and newly re-opened historic Parker Mansion oversees the property, quietly nestled by the gym and jacuzzi. Everything on the property is lush and calm.
I arrived about an hour before check-in, and the concierge was kind enough to take my bags and place them in my room while I lounged by the pool. When check-in time arrived, I escorted to my King Vineyard Suite. My luggage had been carefully laid out, there was a handwritten greeting card welcoming me to the property, and a bottle of wine waiting for me! I was wowed by the elevated features and world class comfort: The soaring ceilings, large patio with enclave, outdoor seating, remote controlled gas-lit fireplace, deep soak bathtub, walk-in shower for two, and luxuriously heated bathroom floors, I was ready to move in and never (ever) leave.
Hall Winery and SENZA Hotel share the same ownership, and two complimentary wine tasting vouchers are included in all guest stays ($80 value). Located just up the road, Hall Winery is a whimsical, playful, and art saturated winery that is best known for their full bodied Cabernet Sauvingnon varietals, famed for their notes of dark cherry, chocolate, and earthy character.
After settling in, it was time to head out for the evening's complimentary Wine and Cheese Social, which was hosted by Castello di Amorosa. Mingling with guests and overlooking the vineyards during sunset, it was the kind of serene moment that Napa Valley can provide. Afterwards, it was time for dinner in St. Helena!
Later that evening after I soaked in the bath (and used the custom made SENZA bath linens), I wrapped myself up in the plush bathrobe, and sat on the balcony and gazed up at the stars. It was the perfect end to a beautiful day in the Napa Valley.
The next morning I woke up to a stunning sunrise over the valley: the skies were clear, the day already warm, and sun rays were just beginning to peak over the mountains. The sky was dotted with a favorite Wine Country pastime: hot air balloons! Enjoying my morning coffee, I quietly sat and enjoyed the view. Due to my hectic schedule for the day, I went down for breakfast a little earlier than the hotel said it would be ready (breakfast starts at 7:30am, I went down at 7:10am). Much to my delight, it was already set out! Pastries, quiche, fresh fruit, organic yogurt, fresh coffee and espresso, toast, eggs, bread pudding, and so much more was all set and ready to go. I grabbed a warm criossant and a yogurt, and was ready to go.
Check out was a breeze, and in the time it took to make an extra cup of coffee, I was ready to go! My time spent at the SENZA Hotel was lovely, and I highly recommend SENZA Hotel Napa for your Napa Valley stay!
