My Introduction To Jouer

Jouer is a brand from LA which is exclusively sold in the UK on Cult Beauty (possibly the best website in the world), it is a higher end brand of make up with unique packaging.
The first thing I noticed about the products was how small they were, they a perfect for traveling and throwing in your hand bag. They also all fit together like Lego so you can create your own palette type thing.I have three products from the brand so far (I will definitely be picking up more) and I love them all. The Cheek & Lip Tint (£16) in Poppy is my favourite, it is a true poppy red as the name suggests. The texture is light but very pigmented and leaves a satin look to the cheeks. Being a tint I do find it leaves a stain so has fantastic staying power. I am already adding different shades to my wishlist. The second product is the Mattifying Powder Bronzer (£22) in Sunswept. This is a warm matte bronzer that isn't too pigmented so perfect for more pale skin types. It is completely matte so can be used as a contour as well as an all over bronzer. Last but not least is the Creme Eyeshadow Crayon (£19) in Rococo. This is your typical eyeshadow stick that applies smoothly onto the eyes for a quick and easy look. Rococo is a champagne color that is great for applying all over the lid when I am in a rush in the mornings. The staying power isn't the best, I do need to use a primer to keep it in place but that isn't something that bothers me too much.
Overall I think these are fantastic products that I have been wearing most days. You can buy these all individually but you can also buy them as a set (here) like I did for £42 which gives you a saving of £15. I think it is a great set to introduce you to the brand, plus you save some money.
Have you tried Jouer? What is your favorite product from them?
