My Current Go To Look

By Kwilliford @ExquisiteEczema
It isn't very often that I find a combination of eyeshadows and lip colors that I love enough to use over and over again. If this happens during a busy week, I feel like I have hit the jackpot. I think I have worn this look 4 or 5 times now and I can basically do this look with my eyes closed. I have used different lip products and foundations, but the eyeshadows stayed the same.
  • Eyes:

    • Urban Decay Primer Potion
    • ColourPop Super Shock Shadow in Amaze on the lid
    • BH Cosmetics Carli Bybel Palette
      • Lightest shade as my base (first shade of the first row)
      • Matte tan (3rd shade of the 1st row) lightly applied in the crease
      • Matte dark mauve (4th shade of the 1st row) to darken the crease
      • Shimmering gold (3rd shade of the 2nd row) on top of Amaze to add even more sparkle and shine
      • Matte plum (last shade on 1st row) on the lower lash line
    • Cover Girl Plumpify Mascara
    • Milani Length In Seconds Lash Fibers
    • Wet n Wild Ultimate Brow Universal Stencil Kit

  • Face:
    • Nivea Post Shave Balm as a primer. It works, you guys. NikkieTutorials isn't crazy. Well, she kind of is, but in an amazing way. She is fantastic.
    • Makeup Forever Ultra HD Foundation Stick. I alternated with the L'Oreal True Match Lumi Cushion foundation last week. Now that I have my shade, I really like that foundation.
    • Maybelline Better Skin Concealer
    • Maybelline Master Fix Setting Powder
    • Rimmel + Kate Moss Sculpting Trio
    • Carli Bybel Palette (lightest highlighter)
    • Rimmel Exaggerate Lip Liner in East End Snob
    • Life's Entropy Lip Theory in Anomoly. I also used the new Cover Girl Oh Sugar Lip Balms a couple of times. I am loving those.

And to take everything off, I used Facial Makeup Remover from My Agave Spa  to take off my eyeshadow and mascara, then used Garnier's Micellar Cleansing Water followed by Kiehl's Blue Herbal Gel Cleanser.

I also wanted to take a sec to share some of the brushes I use on a regular basis.

  • Real Techniques Sponge
  • Sephora Crease Brush. I don't the number because it has rubbed off of the handle. I looked online, but I couldn't find it.
  • Yet another crease brush. This is the Sephora Pro #17. I also couldn't find this one, but Pro Crease #10 looks almost identical to it.
  • The new Revlon blush brush is pretty nice. It is soft, but there is still some density to it.
  • This M.A.C double ended brush came with one of their holiday sets.
  • I  use the tapered (light) end of the Kat Von D Shade+Light brush to set my under eyes.
  • I can't remember which collection this brush came out with, but I like using this Sonia Kashuk as my all over shadow brush.
I will be back later on with a review of the Cover Girl TruNAKED Nude Palette.
