Hi everyone! I realized that I have never done a post on my essential beauty must haves, which changes often but these items are pretty much set in stone now.
.) Smashbox Camera Ready BB Cream. You can see my review post here, and I need to post better pictures. This is great for light coverage and it has an SPF 30 in it. It also stays on all day and does not get oily.
.) Too Faced Shadow Insurance is amazing! It is much better than Urban Decay's Primer Potion. My eyeshadow finally stays put all day, even in the Georgia heat and humidity. It was 99 degrees, and my shadow stayed put.
.) The Body Shop Pink Grapefruit Lip Butter. This is my go to lip balm when I am at home because it does make lips a pale pink that is not very flattering. It really smells of grapefruit, and not just a slight scent. It almost smells like you cut up an actual grapefruit and also tastes like it. If you hate grapefruit, you will want try another flavor. This really moisturizes my lips and has a texture similar to body butter.
.) Satsuma Beautifying Oil. I just got this yesterday and it is already on my must haves list. It smells heavenly and is moisturizing. Maybe even more so than their body butters. I have been putting it in my hair to tame frizz and to keep it shiny.
.) The Body Shop's Carbon Brown Eye Definer; review here. This is the only liner I enjoy using. It is a reddish brown and it really makes my eyes pop. It is soft and stays on all day.
.) The Body Shop's White Musk Libertine Eau de Parfum. I adore this perfume. It is light and fresh. It is one of the few perfumes that stays on me all day.
.) Clinique High Lengths Mascara. This mascara gives length and volume without clumping.
.) Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara. The tiny brush makes this perfect for getting those pesky lower lashes.
.) The Body Shop Strawberry Born Lippy lip balm. This is the lip balm I keep in my makeup bag. It is very moisturizing and smells delicious. It has a glossy finish and gives a sheer wash of color.
.) The Body Shop Baked Shadow. I LOVE these shadows. They are smooth and pigmented. Quartz and Copper are my go to shades for an easy, natural and everyday look. You can see my review and swatches here.
