Hi everyone! Today marks the start of the London Olympics, so i'm having a lazy chilled out day watching the news coverage unfurl in anticipation for the grand opening. The weather has been sunny the last couple of days, so I thought I would review my favorite bronzer for you all.
I was never really a fan of bronzers until recently when I started using this one from Models Prefer. As far as I know it only comes in one gorgeous complimentary shade, with buildable coverage.
This bronzer features a matte powder in a warm brown color which blends amazingly. I use it just underneath where I would usually apply blush with my MAC 109 brush, then buff it into my hairline and the contour of my chin for a beautiful warmed up look.
As you can see the packaging is quite unusual as it comes in two parts. The top section has a flip top lid that holds a mini brush (not pictured as mine has gone astray) and a small mirror placed under the lid. The base section unscrews from the top to reveal the 'powder shaker' whilst the lid becomes a dabbing palette making it easy to apply just the right amount of product.
I found the packaging to be a little tricky on occasions because unless you are applying your makeup on a steady surface (I usually do mine whilst sitting on my bed in the morning) you are at risk of spillage. However, the packaging feels really sturdy so I dont need to worry about it breaking or coming loose in my makeup bag.
