Sat 3rd- Jump your heart out, 60 russian twists with 5kg weights (30 each side)
Sun 4th- REST
Mon 5th- 30 min fat burning cardio kickboxing with light dumbbells (1.5kg)
Tues 6th- Love your legs & booty
Wed 7th- REST
Thurs 8th- Squat challenge, 60 russian twists with 5kg weights (30 each side), Ultimate 10 min cardio (with 5kg weights), 6 pack abs in 3 mins
Fri 9th- Squat challenge
