A look at Maybelline's MNY Polish in shade 659 Royal Blue
Maybelline MNY Polish and Ezra and Aria Ezra is HOT!
So its turns out that I'm not the only beauty blogger who loves Pretty Little Liars.(Look I know I'm old enough to know better but I just like this show, I'm not ashamed! Its no Dawson's Creek mind, now that was a good show!) After the first episode of season 3 was screened Anna from It's a Blogger's World sent me a tweet about Aria's nail varnish asking for a blog post about it.. As I love a challenge and an excuse to buy new polish I decided to track down a dupe for it and the polish I selected was Maybelline's MNY in shade 659 Royal Blue. I do love buying a new nail varnish and writing a nail polish review!

I've been wearing this polish ever since I bought it last week because the color is absolutely gorgeous. Although the color is gorgeous it does take a few applications to get the finished effect. The polish is quite runny and takes three to four coats to get an even, solid finish but it is worth it. I also love the packaging of the Maybelline MNY polish, I think the design on the top of the polish is super funky and fun and far too often companies neglect their nail polish bottles. To me this one definitely stands out on the shelves.
I love a hard wearing polish and this one does stand its own in the chip proof stakes. It gives a good three days wear but after this needs to be reapplied. As the consistency is quite wet it isn't the best for a quick touch up, unfortunately you do need to remove it and reapply it, which is a little annoying mid week when you're short on time. I can forgive this though because I love love love this shade. Unfortunately it isn't guaranteed that it will help you to attract a hot Ezra type guy but hey at £2.99 its worth a try! (I should probably mention I'm happily engaged but I still appreciate that Ezra is easy on the eye!)
