Our 2-in 1 foundation stick with anti-shine core. Goes on effortlessly to reveal flawless, lightweight coverage. Easy to use! Perfect for the on-the-go touch ups! _____________________________________________ The foundation boasts two parts to it's formula, the creamy gel like foundation outer & the powder core. which 'Controls shine for a natural-looking, flawless finish'. Firstly I found the consistency rather hard to blend without the aid of a primer. Sometimes when I'm in a rush I will just use foundation, powder and a little concealer. So on those occasions I found the Fit Me anti-shine stick to be a little stodgy. Secondly, one layer is not enough. If like me you prefer medium-well coverage, The Fit Me anti-shine stick may not be for you, unless you like layering up. However, for a light-medium coverage this may be great for you. I don't have very oily skin, so I'm afraid I can't comment on whether it reduced shine. The stick does give a matte finish, but I have quite dry skin so it's unusual for a foundation to create shine. So far the best way I have found to wear this foundation is with two layers and a translucent powder. That way you avoid a cakey finish but still have decent coverage. I've also found that I prefer using a brush or my finger tips to blend rather than a beauty blender. I feel the beauty blender actually takes away some of the product, resulting in an even lighter coverage. The foundation generally lasts for a good 6-8 hours before needing to be touched up depending on whether I wear primer. And it generally doesn't slip. However that being said I'm not in love with the Fit Me anti-shine stick and I'm afraid I don't think I'd repurchase. Have you tried the Fit Me anti-shine stick?
