This is the review on the marks and sparks nail polish. In the pack i purchased you got 3 for £6 or 1 for £3.50 hence i bought three...If you are wondering where the third has gone my mom has it!! I have too many pinks so i gave it too her!!
The two I kept were this red/orange called 'FLAME' and the purple which is called 'MAUVE'. I loved the colours when i saw them and i thought they were a reasonable price for nail polishes.
I hate being negative but im not going to praise it and you buy it and find its not great..what is the point in that? So...when i tried them i used the mauve one first and it went on easy and seemed like a good formula...but after and hour and a half it was still very soft like i touched it to see if it was touch dry...after an hour and a half and it left a figure print in the nail...it also looked like it was sort of melting and was like gloopy at the tip of the nail. Im not sure if this is because i had to apply four coats! The color was quite pale unless you did three/four coats...So I hten decided i would try the 'flame' and so put it on my toe nails and it was a little better in the way that it did not need so many coats just 2/3 so it didnt go gooey but it did take nearly 2 hours to dry which personally i think is a ridiculous time :/
Even though im not the biggest fan of these nail polishes i have to say that i think the 'Flame' is a dupe for my favorite O.P.I 'Cajun Shrimp' Not as good quality but its almost an exact match in color which is great so i can put the OPI on my fingers and M&s on my toes!!
