Manicure Monday #1

By Beautybykaris @beautybykaris

Hey There,

So it is that time of week again, the most dreaded day of the working week, and for most people the first day back after the Christmas holidays. Time to get back in to the routine of early mornings, ten cups of coffee by midday, and only one lunch break, (I don’t know about you, but after two weeks of vegging out, I have found it hard to go back to eating normal amounts… I am constantly starving)…

…( Oh, and I did not appreciate the 5.45am alarm this morning).

The one thing I do like about Mondays, is writing my Manicure Monday post, (They will become more regular I promise)! Today I would like to share with you a nail polish from a collection by O.P.I, (That I have recently discovered), and absolutely love. If you follow me on Instagram (Kkbrelsford), you will have seen that I have brought two different colours from the collection, (With the desire to buy more).

And of course I am talking about O.P.I  ’Liquid Sands‘. My regular readers will know that I am a huge fan of O.P.I nail polish, and now I ADORE them even more. Every time I try and buy from another brand, I always end up back at O.P.I.

The nail polish used in the picture above is , ‘Alcatraz…Rocks‘, from the San Francisco Autumn 2013 Collection, retailing at around £8.95. A gorgeous, gray textured polish, which compliments every outfit and occasion. It is easy to apply, and longer lasting than most normal polishes. Only after a good few days, did I notice any polish pulling back or chipping, and because of the texture, you can easily touch it up, with out it looking messy.

I was not sure if I could do this, (As I brought it so late in the year) but I included the Alcatraz…Rocks in my’ Favourite Products from 2013‘ post… But it has to be my best one, and I will continue to use it A LOT in 2014.

HAVE YOU TRIED O.P.I’s LIQUID SANDS COLLECTION?
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVOURITE NAIL POLISH FROM 2013?

I hope your first day back at work, wasn’t too bad, (Whether it was today, or last week like me)… And just remember, the worst day is out of the way now.

Lots of Love,

KB xx
