MAC Lips + ZARA Hats

By Bloomer14 @Bloomsaturation

This post should really be titled 'MAC Lips + ZARA Hats + JCrew Denim' but I have a feeling keeping it short and sweet is what drove you here in the first place. What woman doesn't love MAC lipstick or ZARA anything? Remember the MAC lipstick I just featured? Candy Yum Yum? Well here it is again in a much softer/more pastel version. Wanna know my secrets? Well... It would seem I'm feeling rather generous today.

You need-

1. Painter Paint Pot from MAC
2. Fascinating eye pencil from MAC
3. Candy Yum Yum lipstick from MAC
4. A good lip brush
-Take a soft blending brush like yes, one of your eye shadow brushes, and apply a very soft layer of Painterly all over your lips and around the lip line. Give it about 30 seconds to set into the lips. The primer will nude out your natural lip color, help you create super strong/straight lines, emphasis the shape of your lips, and hold your lipstick color for-effin-ever.
-Next, take your lip brush and apply a soft layer of Candy Yum Yum all over your lips and shape your lips however you please. I like to amp up the bow of my lips and the center bottom of my lip to make my lips look fuller.
-Grab your Fascinating eye pencil and if it's brand new, dull down the pointy tip. Pointy tips are no good. Carelessly apply as much of the Fascinating as you desire. The more you use the more pastel your lips will work. Take your lip brush and blend the white into your first layer of Candy Yum Yum.
-Take your lip brush and add one more soft layer of Candy Yum Yum or a few layers until you get the color you want. And voila! You have a more tame version of the lipstick and a beautiful spring lip.

Do you seriously love ZARA and JCrew as much as I do? Its a sickness. I'm just as addicted to them as I am Instagram. If there's a cure, I don't want it! When I saw this hat on ZARA's website I instantly knew I had to have it. The big rim, the spikes, oh my! I'm still swooning over it. My boyfriend has some killer taste in fashion/style as well. He spoiled me with this denim shirt from JCrew and I'm in love with it. I've been needing a higher quality denim button up for a while. It was a wonderful Christmas present.
{What? Too much?}

Here I'm featuring a necklace I purchased via ZARA as well. Did I mention I have another item from them arriving tomorrow? Geez la weez. Expect another post soon featuring my newest item. I love this necklace because its completely different from all the other chunky necklaces I've seen. I love the black and copper mix with the delicate pop of Topaz. The color combination goes with almost everything and when I'm feeling a tad bit dull, I put it on. I instantly feel a little more done up and ready to face the day. Now, for the rest of the evening I plan on snuggling the crap out of my boyfriend and enjoying a beer.
