Lust Have It – June 2015 – Review

By Triedandtestedblogger @triedtestedblog

It’s great to see that Lust Have It seem to be back on track in regards to their shipping times as the June beauty box arrived at my doorstep today! This month’s box was centred around the ‘Head Over Heels’ theme in which all of the products included in this box would ‘have you covered from head to toe!’. There were 5 products from 4 different brands included and the products really do cater for the whole body. All the products included in this month’s box are also full size which really boosts the value of the bag.

For those of you unfamiliar with Lust Have It, Lust Have It is a monthly beauty subscription box with the inclusion of 5-6 deluxe sized beauty items, priced at only $19.95 a month but if you use the code ‘TRIED’ you can receive $5 off your first box!

For haircare, there was a NAK Thermal Shield included to help product the hair from any heated styling whilst also combating frizz and humidity. There were 2 lip products included – Chapstick’s Hydration Lock dual step lip balm, which is perfect for the current weather and a Teeez Trend Cosmetics lipstick. There were various shades you could’ve received for the lipstick but I received the shade ‘Classy Caramel’, a deep reddy orange shade.

The final 2 products are both from The Cosmetic Kitchen, a cruelty free and vegan, Australian brand that has featured in past boxes. Thankfully the products are different to those received in the past box as this month, there was a Peppermint Foot Mask and Wake Up Body Scrub in the bag. I think both these products are a great inclusion as they’re definitely very useful, especially in the current Winter months!

Overall, I think this is a nice box from Lust Have It and it’s wonderful to see that they’re back to their regular shipping schedules now, hopefully they can keep it up!  This month’s inclusions weren’t as exciting as last month’s box in my eyes, which I thought included more exciting products and new brands but the June box definitely isn’t disappointing.

Featuring all full sized products and ones I can see catering to a lot of subscribers and the current Winter climate, there is a lovely mix of cosmetics, skincare and haircare. I just wish that there was a ”wow!’ product, one that I could fall ‘Head Over Heels’ with, as the theme of the box goes.

What are your thoughts on this month’s bag?
