Yes it's another hair related post from me today I'm afraid! I'd actually taken these photos and told myself I would write this post a few weeks ago, but of course I got sidetracked by a million other things and forgot all about it. Lush No Drought is a powder dry shampoo and very quickly replaced Batiste as my go-to dry shampoo. I know, shocker or what. No Drought comes in the standard Lush shower gel shaped bottle and while it might not look like you get very much powder in there, believe me when I say that the 115g of product will last you a long long time. I've had my bottle for a few months now and am still nowhere near using up any product past the top of the label which should give you an idea of just how far this product really does go. The main ingredients of this dry shampoo are cornflour, grapefruit oil and lime oil, with the cornflour being used to absorb any oil in your hair and the fruity scent of the oils included to give both you and your hair a bit of a lift. Application was a little tricky in the beginning for me as I was so used to spraying a can of Batiste on my roots, but soon enough I was a No Drought pro. You can either sprinkle the powder directly onto oily roots or tap a little into your hand and apply yourself, and while the latter does take a bit longer I definitely do think it's worth it as you have control over those greasy areas and can combat them. It's also recommended that you give your hair a good brush after massaging the powder onto the roots as nobody wants white roots, that's for sure! I'd thoroughly recommend Lush No Drought for any dry shampoo users out there as it has made such a difference to both my hair-washing routine and my purse as I no longer need to repurchase cans of Batiste time and time again. No Drought is priced at £6.50 and while you might think that's a bit steep for a bottle of powder, you will definitely get your moneys worth out of it in the long run.
