As I addressed in my most recent lockout update write-up, the infamous David Stern is giving the NBPA till Wednesday, November 9th to accept the most recent proposed deal.

So, the question here is this: "Will the NBPA accept this 'as good as it gets' deal?"
Ya, this really is as good as it gets.
Because next time (after Wednesday), Mr. Stern has publicly announced that we won't go as easy on them like this again and offer up a much "better" deal for the owners rather the players like he is now.
This ultimatum is really going to be interesting to see how it turns out. All sides, from all perspectives players, owners, coaches, fans, and even your average everyday janitor just want a deal to be made and be able to move forward and have a 2011-2012 NBA season well, somewhat of one at least.
We'll keep you updated here as much as possible.
