Hey folks, just thought I would give a quick update on the latest here since I haven’t been too active on the blog the last few weeks. Things have been just plain busy around here so I haven’t had the time to finish up the couple posts/ideas I have in the pipeline or browse the health world for interesting news. For those who don’t know, a crazy month of life, full of a range of experiences and emotions, culminated on a high note last week when our lives got extra specially blessed with the arrival of a new baby girl. Mom, Dad and her three big brothers are already in love and are starting to realize how amazing our little lady already is.
