My golly goshLife is becoming quite the complicated thingLet me explainAs you knowI get up early each morningAnd walk Honey and LeaWe either go to the local beachOne of the local lakesOr down the back roads behind my houseThis morning we decided to do the cliff walk over looking the beach that the surfers useI don't know if I mentioned itBut every time I want to go in to the villGeOr in to townOr the beachI have to drive by The Plumbers house as he lived on the main road I was going in to town one day last weekWhen as I approached his house He was pulling out in his work vanSo I had to drive right by himI really had to fight the urge to set my dogs on himOr roll down my window and hurl abuse at him I like to think I had a lucky escape there
So this morning I was driving to the beach And stopped in the village to get a couple of things in the shopI was just after coming out Was starting my carWhen I saw The Boy pull in across the roadI knew it was him before I saw his faceAs I know the reg of his carAt first I frozeI haven't heard from or seen The Boy in monthsI dont think he saw meAs I sped out of my parking space and down the roadI didn't look in my rear view mirrorI didn't want to see himI can't go back there So I did what I always doAnd carried on
I walked the dogs Did some shoppingGot petrolWent to the post officeI wasJust leaving town to go homeWhen I got stuck behind a few cars And had to stopUnfortunately I was right outside the shop where I was caught doing you know what(Can't bring myself to say the word)And thenI saw the owner come out and stand T the doorLike right beside meI just kept looking straight ahead And prayed for a green lightWhich eventually came after a few secondsAy Carumba What a morning
I was on my way homeHad just come out of the post office When a car drove by meI recognised the people as people I used to use withAgainSomething I could do withoutBut that's life I guess It just makes my day that bit more stressful and complicatedTrying to avoid peopleAnd situations But I guess the only thing to do is just get on with things
In other news I rang the piercing studioI think I am going to get a stud on my chinJust below my lipIt costs €30And it's walk inSo I don't have to make an appointmentI will definitely get it done before my birthdaySo that's something to look forward to
