I'm taking our two-week low-carb challenge and yesterday it was time for our pork shoulder chops with red pesto mayonnaise and broccoli/cauliflower in cheese. Very tasty.
I added some more mayonnaise and butter to feel really satisfied, I'm a big guy so I need it. And there's no need to count calories on a strict low-carb diet. Just stop eating when you're satisfied.
