Laser in a Jar

By Vivianism @vivianism

Attended L’oreal Paris Event with no press releases given for the first time!
We told to share our experiences rather than just filling the blog with information with the Press Releases. (Which is what I’ve already been doing. :p)

Judging from the descriptions above, can you tell what L’oreal has in store for you this time round?
YES! It’s another anti-aging range named Revitalift Laser X3.

Apparently the new range of anti-aging products are created and said to be better than IPL! It’s like laser in a jar. No need for expensive procedures, just try out Revitalift Laster X3.

I honestly have to confess that I have not started trying all the products YET. The only product that I have tried has got to be the eye cream below.

The eyecream dispenses out with a slight squeeze from the metal tip like above. You can roll over your eye area and massage it using the metal tip. I find that the cream is smooth and easily absorbed by the skin. And there’s a cooling feeling when you applied. However, I tend to use too much as I squeeze and massage it along the way, resulting a pimple at that area! The pimple is still there cos I didn’t dare to pop it. lol. I think it is better to squeeze the cream out and apply it using your ring finger first, before massaging it with the metal tip. That way, you won’t have to squeeze while massaging. I also find that my skin around the eye area is more hydrated after using the cream. I have not seen any visible effect on wrinkles removal and dark circles removal.

The next product in the range would be this anti-aging serum. Again, the texture is easily absorbed by the skin.

Lastly, the anti-aging cream is not exactly a cream. The texture is like pudding in my opinion! I was rather surprised to see anti-aging product with such a texture. I am currently using Origins anti-aging cream at night and it is definitely more heavy than the Revitalift anti-aging cream. I would be glad to start trying once my Origins are used up!

It was a great session which ended off with some chit-chat sessions with fellow bloggers and L’oreal staffs.
