Lakme Absolute Lip Pouts (Rs.650, available online and all Lakme outlets across country) are available in 6 bright shades - Magenta Magic, Pink Fantasy, Tangerine Touch, Raving Red, Starlet Red and Victorian Rose. Why dear Lakme? Why three shades of red and no n*des ?Apart from one complain (or may be two) I really like the product. Super pigmented that stays on your lips as long as you would want it to stay. Glides on lips with a tad hint of dryness which is only because it is matte. But, once on lips, it is non-drying, no creasing, no flaking goodness. It does stain though (my second complain, not really but it is good to point out)!!
In these pictures, I haven't used a lip balm, and still you can't and I couldn't feel a sign of dried, chapped, charred lips. Wohoo!! Icing on cake ? Lips look super plumped and beautiful.
Magenta Magic is a dark magenta shade (obviously!) that would look beautiful on all complexions. If it looks good on me, you can try without thinking. *Wink*
I have three shades of Lip Pouts - Magenta Magic, Pink Fantasy, Tangerine Touch . I have swatched all three shades on back of my hand and they all look pigmented and of the same texture. My aim was to wear all three shades to day and click pictures for this post but I liked Magenta Magic so much that I didn't want to take it off. I am still wearing it, after 5 hours since I applied.
I will definitely post pictures (if they are pretty to look at!) when I try other two.
Do I recommend? Go on tops of the post and read again what I wrote. (Lazasses!!)
