Ladies Protect Your Heart, Gentlemen #ProtectHerHeart

Heart: the source of our life, the reason for us walking on earth, the most important organ that we possess. But do we actually take care of this precious gem that makes us do all that we do, that makes us lead our lives, that is the reason for us to exist? No, ladies. We need to be more careful in choosing a good lifestyle.

I tried the Weight-Heart Test and the results came quite satisfactory. I was so happy to see that, but also realized that what you are today, may not be forever. To maintain that healthy body and healthy heart you need to follow a certain lifestyle. This lifestyle is not a mammoth task to achieve, if you are actually willing to be healthy. All it requires is just a small 30 minutes of your 24 hours. A brisk walk of 30 minutes can totally change your life.
The situation is quite alarming as every 2 out of 4 women are at risk of getting heart attack, and the reason behind is being overweight. Most of them gain that excess weight after marriage. Several factors that work behind these are abrupt change in eating habits and taking less care of what we do and what we eat. Can’t we be more responsible to get out of that shell and be a little more focused on getting healthier?

I know the easier it said, the harder it is to achieve. But we can always try. As we get older we get more and more responsibilities and it becomes difficult to focus on ourselves. The man of the house also has certain responsibilities towards the ladies, be it a mother, sister, daughter or wife. You can always take the initiative to go for a walk together. All you need is just to take out 30 minutes of your busy schedule to #ProtectHerHeart.
And if you think the precious time you get to spend with your family should not be wasted on walks, and instead prefer talking to them, why not walk the talk? Does that sound fun? It surely would feel good too!! Just try.
