Sun protection is of great importance to me all year round but I try to be even more vigilant during the summer months. I have a few go-to sunscreens but I also like to try out new ones on a fairly regular basis to find new favorites. There are a number of debates about whether physical or chemical sunblocks are better. I happen to believe there are advantages to each and vacillate between the two. And I frequently use Asian sunscreens because they often combine both physical and chemical sunscreen ingredients. The Korres Suncare Yoghurt Nourishing Fluid Veil Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 30, I'm reviewing in this post happens to contain chemical type sunscreen ingredients. Read this to learn more about physical versus chemical sunscreens and also get some essential sun safety facts!
About the Brand: The Korres brand is billed as a modern Greek apothecary and it was actually founded out of the oldest apothecary in Athens in 1996 by a Greek pharmacist and a chemical engineer. The foundation for their products are four groups of natural and organic ingredients including Greek flora herbs, food ingredients, medicinal herbs, and a range of highly effective natural active ingredients. The line is also backed by clinical research which tests the individual ingredients on a cellular level and determine how the products will work on the skin.

Product Claims: A fast absorbing, ultra sheer yet nourishing natural sunscreen that provides broad spectrum UV protection while moisturizing skin. Wears beautifully under makeup and reduces irritation for redness prone skin. For centuries, Greek grandmothers applied yogurt to soothe and heal sun damaged skin. This product contains no nano-sized particles.
