It's been said FOR YEARS. Remember a few years back when the rumors were started that the locker room was ****ed at Sid when he was going through the concussion stuff and wanted the "C" removed from him? The next day at practice after that came out, every player wore the "C" on their jersey unified.
I just dont know how much you can buy into those rumors.
that being said, i still believe a new GM comes in and cleans house... it wasnt like how Shero was saddled with Theerien when he was hired. MArio said Therrien and Yeo weren't touchable.

I think this is the right way to do it. I doubt that they keep Boterril... I hope not at least... but I also believe that the Pens were a few personnel decision away from being a cup contender as well
