It’s adorably festive as well as delicious, plus it takes only minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:
15 oz can of Pumpkin
5 oz box of Instant Vanilla Pudding
16 oz Cool Whip (can use lite/low fat)
1/2 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
1/8 cup Powdered Sugar (this is the special ingredient)
1 Small Pumpkin
Step 1: Cut the top off your small pumpkin and make sure it’s big enough to dip in. Carve out/scrape the insides completely. Throw away or keep the seeds if you want to bake them!
Step 2- Mix ingredients in a medium sized bowl. One it’s blended completely, put it inside your carved pumpkin. You’ll most likely have some dip left over, as you can see mine below.
Step 3: Grab your favorite drink, light a candle and enjoy with company! We chose to pair our dip with cinnamon graham crackers, apples and crisp Asian pears grown by Kyle from our Issaquah/Kirkland location.
