. . . which is why there are no more pictures. I had to put down the camera and grab the back of her dress to spot her as she made her way up these very steep stairs. Obviously, we need a gate on them. Till then, I have to watch her every minute. But then I pretty much do that anyway. She is just on the verge of walking. Recently she has taken three or four unsupported steps. Usually she's standing on her ,concentrating on something she's holding, and then she starts to walk -- but when she realizes that's what she's doing, she gets wobbly and drops down to crawl. No recognizable words yet -- just an all-purpose Ap! said when she points to something, either because she recognizes it or because she wants to know what it is. I think it might be her version of That! What a long way she's come in eleven months!
