Well another month, another set of subscription boxes! I'm going to start with Ipsy's box. If you like what you see and want to subscribe yourself, check out their site here.

First I have to discuss the bag! It's rather cute this month! Navy and white striped nylon printed with anchors and rope. Pretty cute! It feels a little bit cheap, but I like it.

The first thing I pulled out of the lovely little bag is from La Fresh. It is a travel size packet of Travel-Lite Makeup Remover Wipes. The wipes are supposed to "dissolve makeup from eyes, lips and face" with a moisturizing formula that includes Vitamin E. The packet contains 8 wipes which is a nice enough size to actually try these wipes! The packet is also resealable which is always important! :)

The next thing I grabbed was initially confusing, but I figured it out. It is a mini palette from Glam Rx, but it does not come with any products. See my confusion? It's like a Z Palette where the bottom is magnetized so you can add whatever you like to the palette. It's a nice thing to send, but it's about the size of a NARS blush compact so I don't really think it is actually too practical. But, it would probably be great for the little sample shadows that Ipsy has been sending on occasion. Which leads me to....

The next two items are from Yaby. They are little baby eyeshadows! Perfect for the palette above! The colors I received are "Sand Dune" and "So Vein." "Sand Dune" looks pretty much like a matte sand color, while "So Vein" is a beautiful matte teal. I love teals, but rarely wear them so this is a nice way to try out the shade without really investing anything into it! :) The two shades complement one another quite well too. (Note: "Sand Dune" is much lighter in person, but I couldn't get any pictures to reproduce the color accurately.)

Finally, there is a sample from Juice Beauty which is a brand I've always been curious about, but have never tried. It is the Hydrating Mist which is meant to tone and refresh. I'm not a huge fan of these types of products, mainly because I just don't use them. It is a nice size sample (1oz / 30mL) though, so I appreciate that! It smells ok. It's not offensive, but I also wouldn't be dying to smell it either. This is probably something I will end up tucking in a drawer, forgetting about and never using. :( It's just not for me, but it is a great sample if you like facial mists.

So there you have my March Ipsy bag! Overall, it's nothing terribly exciting, but certainly nice enough and the samples are pretty good in terms of sizes and packaging. We'll see how BirchBox does this month! ;)
