Steelers Injury Report: Defense receives good news, while the offense has a big question mark

The Pittsburgh Steelers had their first practice where they have to report injuries following the workout. See who was limited and who sat out.

While fans of the Pittsburgh Steelers were waiting to see if defensive linemen Cameron Heyward and Javon Hargrave would participate in the team's first official practice leading up to the Monday Night Football game against the Washington Redskins, it turned out there was a new question mark on the offensive side of the ball for fans to be concerned with.
Hargrave and Heyward both were full participants in practice, having them sitting pretty to play in Week 1, but what surprised many was the lack of participation by Markus Wheaton.
Wheaton is being counted on to be a big part of the team's offense this season, especially with the absence of Martavis Bryant for the entire season. Nontheless, a shoulder injury continues to have him sidelined in the early portions of the season.
If Wheaton returns to practice Friday, it would equate to him at least being a viable option for the game Monday night, whereas another missed practice could mean the team relying on the likes of Eli Rogers, Sammie Coates and Darrius Heyward-Bey to take the heat off of Antonio Brown on the other side of the field.
