This is my first Inglot product review on my blog and I have quite a few products from Inglot, some Inglot refill lipsticks, Inglot highlighter and few refill eye shadows which I will be soon reviewing. Today I would be reviewing Inglot YSM Cream Foundation in 2 shades i.e shade 49 and shade 42. This is my current favorite foundation and I have been wearing it lately to almost every event or function I attend.
My Take on Inglot YSM Cream Foundation:
I have been wearing this foundation lately everywhere I can remember. I wore this to my sister’s wedding, her ring ceremony, when I go out for a function, while photographing myself and most importantly I wore this foundation while meeting my mother-in-law and her sister. Yeah, I could only trust this foundation while meeting her for the first time coz I know how it looks on me, the coverage it gives, and that my skin behaves quite well with this foundation. I’m now very fond of using it everywhere I go. Did you guys hear that I met my mother-in-law, ya I was planning to tell it here until something is final and I can be sure that it can be taken further. She found me pretty but she was literally saying that I’m too thin (extremely thin) and that her son is lamba choda compared to me
Coming to this foundation, Inglot YSM Cream Foundation comes in a transparent plastic tube with a black screw cap. The tube is just of my palm’s size excluding the fingers. The packaging could have been better, maybe something with pump dispenser or something that may look attractive.
Shade 49 is light beige with yellow undertones and adapts perfectly to my skin tone, doesn’t look over the top and just blends in perfectly. It gives medium coverage and the coverage is quite buildable, I go on applying the second layer and it seems to give a flawless finish with great coverage though I still feel the need of concealer to hide my dark circles if I’m photographing or going out on an event. Shade 42 is beige with pink undertones and gives pretty much the same finish as shade 49 but I mostly like using shade 49 maybe foundation with pink undertone doesn’t look that good on me. It is a perfect option for winters and for dry skin. I have not come across many great foundations for dry skin as mostly foundations are for oily skin but this one is certainly my favorite. I have got 5-6 foundations at present and I generally prefer using this one the most, don’t know
PS: I always love making duck faces

- Comes in total 8 shades.
- Does not feel heavy, cakey or patchy.
- Has smooth creamy texture.
- Gives a semi dewy finish.
- Amazing staying power.
- Does not break out.
- Light weight.
- Easy to use tube packaging with a screw cap.
- Doesn’t dry out or make my skin look rough.
- Gives a very natural finish.
- A little goes a long way.

Cons of Inglot YSM Cream Foundation:
- Packaging could have been a little attractive like something with a pump dispenser.
- Pricey and now hike in price.
- Not for extra oily skin.
- Very less quantity though only a small amount is needed for one time application but still it should be more considering the price!
BML Rating: 4.8/5
This foundation is my absolute favorite for my dry skin and I’ve been using it almost everywhere and every time. It satisfies all my needs in a foundation though I feel it should have some SPF or packaging should have been a little more impressive! I highly recommend this to all dry skinned beauties and also to normal and combination skin, go get it and enjoy using it.
