Turin, December 6, 2012 at 16:30, the appointment is the site of the future headquarters Lavazza, where in a few months - at the corner of Via Bologna and Via Pisa - will be inauguratedthe new headquarters of Istituto d'Arte Applicata e Design (IAAD).
It celebrates a new look for this area located in the heart of Aurora district, look conceived and designed by IAAD students, who for months have been working on the project. The part of the fence was the subject of a contest - "Le Cesate del Design" - and finds form in a series of panels that "hug" the former headquarters of Centrale Enel, in the area of the site where will be built the future IAAD premises. Immediately after the inauguration at the adjacent Municipal School of childhood "Ancona", will host the award ceremony of the three winning projects.
The inauguration of fence of the yard corner Via Bologna - Via Pisa and the official beginning of the contribution that the establishment of a design school with about 400 young creative people can make to the economy and vitality of the neighborhood, will be lead by:
