“I Am Grateful to Diet Doctor and Appreciative of My Transformation”

By Dietdoctor @DietDoctor1

Rose has reaped some amazing health benefits since March 2018, when she decided to go on a keto diet.

Not only has she reversed her pre diabetes, she has also lost weight, gotten her urges to binge under control, improved her mood and reduced pain from osteoarthritis. Congratulations, Rose!

Here she explains her journey in her own words:

I began in march 2018 and was pre diabetic and very overweight. I have followed keto strictly for the last 18 months and have lost more than 70 lbs (32 kg) in weight. Within a week of keto, my binge-eating disorder had vanished, my moods were more stable, and very soon into the program my osteoarthritis pain was considerably reduced, I no longer needed acid reflux medication either.

I have gone from a UK size 24 to a size 16 and will continue to lose a little more weight. I will stay with this way of eating, which I thoroughly enjoy and I'm used to it now.

I am 63 years of age, I have no gall bladder and weight loss has been slow and steady. I take digestive enzymes to help given that I have a higher percentage of fat in my diet than I did before. I am grateful to Diet Doctor and appreciative of my transformation.

Many thanks,
Rose
