So, I'll use the example of exams; if I get a bad result in an exam I feel like crap. But if I think about it in a way that compares it to the rest of my life it really doesn't matter. And this works for pretty much everything in my life, as I don't have too many issues...
If a problem arises then I just think about it in the long run and then let it go.Another way to let things go is to just simply let it go. Get a balloon, write down your worry, tie it to the balloon and let the balloon go. It may seem a bit simple and you may not think it would work, but it really does. Once you see how small it is compared to the sky above it you really feel like it doesn't matter. It really is a good way to physically let your problems go.
