How To: Be Happy

Ok so recently I have had a s**t time in school. And I have been doing everything in my power to just be happy. If you're like me and suffer from anxiety issues then you will know that is is so difficult to overcome any kind of situation. So I thought I would do a series on how to be happy and start letting go of these feelings. It will be a real life test to see if any of them work as I will be going through them aswell.
So first I'll tell you a little about me. I currently suffer from mild to really bad panic attacks pretty much if anything happens. This means that I clam up and find it really difficult to breathe. I also feel very claustrophobic and just want to remove myself from the situation and want to curl up and sleep for ages. I have suffered from these since I started secondary school, so that's about 4 years. Recently due to school issues and girl drama I have been having them particularly bad and have found it really difficult to want to go to school. 
I also get very teary if I start to have a panic attack and this has made life very difficult as then I got into a pattern of just going into school and crying everyday. But then I managed to turn my life around and really start to think positively and made myself smile every day. Now I'm in the middle of year 10 and I am finding it really difficult. Basically at the moment there is this girl who has been treating me like crap for about 6 months and recently it's come out that no one likes her. It has also come out that she has been self harming. So I am feeling a little confused and it has also means that my anxiety levels have sky rocketed. Now, to anyone who is not a teenage girl, this is just gossip and drama. And to be honest to me it is. But because I suffer from anxiety issues it means that my life is getting really difficult. But it is going to be ok because I will be doing these posts and we will all help each other. 
Sorry for the ramble but the main point of this was to inform you to look out for a series of posts that will be all about turning your life around even if you are suffering from anxiety issues. Because you can.
