I am a south Indian and I prefer anything to be a BIIIIITTTT Spicy (well you know how spicy).
I am thankful to the Del Monte India guys for sending me the Pasta and thus making me work it out easily. I loved the fact that the Del Monte Pasta is made of whole wheat and I am certainly health conscious and calorie conscious,so this one just fits me so well.
2 Cups Del Monte Pasta
1 Cup Finely chopped Tomatoes
2 Garlic Cloves - Finely Chopped
3 Cups Water to boil the Pasta
1/4th Cup Zucchini chopped
1/4th table spoon Italian seasoning
1/2 Cup Cheese
1 tbp Olive Oil
1/4th Spoon Salt
Optional - Coriander,Lemon Juice (I like the flavor)
Method:
Boil the Pasta by adding salt and a bit of oil.
Heat up the oil and add the tomatoes,garlic and allow it to become thick paste.
Once done, add salt.
Stir well.
Add the boiled pasta to the tomato paste. Add zucchini. Toss cheese and seasoning at the end.
I end up using a bit of coriander and lemon juice just because I like it. You can totally skip this step.
