Honey Bunny Lacquer's Cotton Candy is a baby blue creme with a subtle shimmer. The formula is pretty good and opaque in three coats. For my accent nail, I added Model's Own Blizzard, holo glitters in a clear base, then stamped an image from the DP02 plate in black.What do you guys think of Cotton Candy? Is it your kind of blue?
