1.Aloe vera gel: Real and fresh is better but I have a store bought aloe vera gel made of aloe vera powder.
2.Rose water: Freeze the rose water 5 minutes before using it.
3.Cotton: make thin round eye pads with cotton.
PROCESS
Take two table spoons of aloe vera gel and two table spoons of cold rose water in a bowl and dip the cotton pads in it,squeeze them lightly with your fingers and then place them on your eyes.Lie down and enjoy the nice cool feeling in your eyes.Keep them on your eyes for 15 to 30 minutes.Then take the eye pads while they are still soft and wet,then massage around your eyes lightly with the eye pads.The massage will be very relaxing and beneficial.
