I cut up 2 chicken leg quarters into 4, boiled them in a big pot of water, added salt not to much, because I was going to add the powdered season chicken. When the chicken was almost done I added small cut potatoes and added a can of sweet corn. When the potatoes were done I added 3 crush packs of ramen noodles with the chicken season.
I let the noodles cook about 5 minutes to make them just right. I hate soggy noodles lol. When done served in a soup bowl and it was so yummy and fulfilling. This would be great if you are home sick with a cold or just because.
