Holiday Eating, Think Fermented and Roughage

Soon we will enter into our holiday eating.  For those of with neurogenic bladder and bowel antibiotics is a way of life for us.  Here is a list of foods that will help with a healthy gut.

Take a probiotic every day and don’t forget the roughage in beans, cabbage and other fruits and veggies.
