I’m in such an impossibly foul mood today – damn you PMS. I can’t possibly be the only one suffering from the horrid onslaught of your effects, especially the bloating – I feel like a human-sized sponge soaked to the brim with liquids. Water, Y U so mean to me?!

Well, to be fair, during the 3 other weeks of the month, water is pretty good to me. It keeps my skin feeling firm and bouncy, and my lips from cracking into oblivion. That’s prolly also why I bought this new product (that along with my undying love for Shin Min Ah) – the promise of skin-enhancing goodness-filled water. Oooh.

This comes on the back of me finishing the IOPE Bio Conditioning Intensive Essence and Orbis Lotion M – I guess I am back on the toner road after all.

  • It comes in a frosted glass bottle which is pretty heavy – almost as heavy as the IOPE one.
  • I can’t quite tell if the liquid is cloudy or it’s because of the bottle – it seems clear when I apply it to my skin though. Not fussed about this though – just making an observation.
  • It comes with markings along the side of the bottle to show you how much you should be using per day, but I just go with a substantially-soaked cotton pad.
  • I love the fact that it comes with a box of good-quality cotton pads, but I find that it tends to soak up more product than applying it to my face, so I’ve decided to use it as a makeup-remover cotton pad with my Innisfree Apple Juicy Lip & Eye Emulsion.
  • It smells fragrant but it’s not as overwhelming as other Hera products such as the Hera Preperfection Serum.
  • It’s lightweight and really quickly absorbed.
  • It doesn’t leave a matte feeling but instead has a  almost-negligible slight sticky feeling that disappears in about 10 seconds.
  • I find that it makes my skin more radiant and firmer to the touch.  My skin also seems more hydrated.

Overall, an ertswhile competitor / replacement for the IOPE Bio-Conditioning Essence. They’re both the same price anyway, so you can take your pick based on the frivolous criteria of packaging and scent  heh.
