Hello Monday ... Hello Gratitude

Gratitude Postshave always my favorite to do here.
I know my life is so much More Fulfilling
when I rememberto set time and intent to reflect on all the good in my lifeand Be Grateful.

That being saidit has been way too longsince I have done one here.
It seems so oftenI need to learn the same lessonsmany times.
I have recently realizedI have spent my time almost exclusivelyworryingfearing feeling panic.
Kind of a snowball effect.
Which turns into an almost magnetic effectof gathering all the gone wrongs and might go wrongsin my life.

So today I am back at what I knowmakes a difference.
Taking time to calm my mind with
Gratitude.
To take a deep breathand reflect on all the good in my life.

To be grateful.

And that mindsetcan literally changemy life view.  
From feeling like things are spiraling out of controlto realizingit's really just one area.
Fear can take hold of me
so  that I over identify with the
problem at hand.
Not being able to see
the bigger picture
that is filled with 
so much Good!

Focusing on Gratitudehelps meCalm down.
Focusing on Gratitude makes metake the time to see and truly experiencethe beauty in my life.
The small thingsthat are really the big thingsthat make up a quality life.
