Recently I have found the gym boring, so I have stopped. All the machines where the same on each floor, it was packed all the time and if you wanted a machine, you had to que while you waited for someone to get off their phone!!. I do a lot of dance and yoga so joining the gym was something a bit extra. When I'm working out I want to feel comfortable in  my surroundings and go at my own pace but still feel the burn. I downloaded two apps from my ipad which have been great to use when I need an extra push in my week.

 Daily Workout is one of the apps I downloaded. This app is divided into sections to help workout each body part. It has a cardio session and provides a personal trainer to get you through each one, by adding video footage of each workout. You don't have to do them all in one day, you can split them up through the week. Each workout lets you pick your own time, 5min, 8mins or 10mins. These are very handing for a pre-workout or an after workout. If I have been for a jog, I do an arm session afterwards so I feel I have worked the rest of my body. The app is great for someone who isn't really into working out or finds it hard to be motivated. A 5min workout of cardio can get you in the mood for a workout later on in the day or even just put you in a good mood, as a pick me up for the rest of the day. Your in control of the app, so you can stop it anytime, its easy to use and you do feel the burn afterwards. Make sure you have a bottle of water with you.
Another app that is similar is Simple Yoga. Quick and easy yoga sessions that you can fit into your busy or easy day. Helps you to relax and release any stress. It provides video footage and a personal trainer to help you through the posers. The best thing about these two apps is that they are free, so if you do go to yoga, dance or even the gym but don't have the money for that week, pop them on and have a quick workout, just as long as your doing something it all helps in the end.A healthy snack after one of the session is always a good idea, helps re-build your energy for the day. I prepared a sea food omelet, which was lovely. If you dont like fish add in meat.
Ingredients-
3 eggs
3 mushrooms
half a pepper
sweetcorn
prawns
milk
Crack 3 eggs into a cup and add a few drops of milk, whisk together and pour into a pan on a low heat, after chopping all your peppers, and mushrooms, add them into the pan with your pawns and sweetcorn.
leave to cook for a few moments, them mix it altogether until it starts to golden. Prepare a bowl and enjoy.
