How to Use Masoor Dal for Daily Face Wash?
This face pack is suitable for all skin types. This can also be used as a daily face wash.
Method:

  • Mix 1 tbsp. Masoor dal powder, 2 tbsp. milk and a pinch of turmeric with 3 drops coconut oil.
  • Apply evenly on the face.
  • Leave this for 2 minutes
  • Wash off by scrubbing this gently
  • Note: Include coconut oil only if you have dry skin.

Ingredients:

1 cup sprouted red lentils/masoor dal
1 carrot, peeled and slices
1 plum tomato, cubes
1 bunch of Watercress (avoid the hard stems)
handful of dried cranberries/cherries
2 tbsp. toasted pine nuts

3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. distilled vinegar or 1/2 lemon juice
1 clove of garlic, grated
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
pinch of red pepper flakes
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
