And no I was not up at 3am on Boxing Day to be the first one through the shop doors! I didn't go at all on Boxing Day! Instead we decided to go the day after Boxing Day (the 27th). It was just me and mumma that went into Edinburgh on the bus to spend some Christmas cash. It was horrifically busy but it was busy.
We went into most shops but two I just refused to go in! The first was next, I hate that shop in the sales... It's always a mess, really busy, can't find anything you loke, really hot, and just really really bad! The second was Hollister, it had the biggest queue ever... Just to get into the shop, it went all the way one street block... That's like a 50m queue, I refuse to stand in a queue that long just to feel claustrophobic in the pitch darkness of a nice smelling shop! So with the rant over... Here is what I did buy :)
1. Cherry earrings from accessorise £5 to £2.50 (50% off)
2. New look jeans, plum pair- £25 to £8 (bargain!) , blue pair- £19.99 to £11
3. Urban outfitters jumper £48 to £22
4. Paperchase notebook £7 to £4.25
5. Urban outfitters nail polish £16 to £5
6. Jack wills iPod cover and headphones £18 to £10.
