Few weeks ago, I was invited to Harvey Nichols Xmas event at the 5th Floor Restaurant. 5th Floor Restaurant was shut for this event.
We have been introduced the new upcoming products for Xmas.

Flavour Sense Nation

Flavour SenseNation is an interactive traveling exhibition produced by ActionDog CIC exploring the role our senses play in our perception and experience of flavor and foods.
Description
Funded by the Wellcome Trust, Flavour SenseNation is an exploration into our senses and how they inform our experience of food and flavor. From hearing that reassuring crunch of an apple, to being able to identify when something tastes sour (suggesting what you’re eating might be 'off'), our senses play a vital role in protecting us from harm.
But they also help us enjoy our food too! Think about when you have a blocked nose - does everything taste a bit boring and dull? That is because at least 80% of our ability to taste comes from our ability to smell, so our noses play a major part in making a freshly baked crumble taste so mouth wateringly good. It’s not all down to our tongue!
This exhibition is also about challenging what we already know. Take sight for example – if someone said ‘we eat with our eyes’, do you think they would be right? It would seem so, as we can identify a carrot just by looking at it. We have played on this idea by reinventing traditional dishes to make them look entirely different from their origins, to see if it still appears appealing to us. Flavour SenseNation explores all of these facts and figures by putting them to the test with specially designed interactive activities. Whether it's plotting out a taste map of your tongue, putting your nostrils to the test, or eating ice cream while feeling marshmallows, you're guaranteed to come away with tantalised senses as well as a satisfied tummy.
