I hope everyone's Thanksgiving is off to a great start! Today, is the first official day of the Happy Healthy Holidays Challenge! I am just popping in to share a quick PLANKSgiving workout. This workout requires zero equipment, can be done in a small space (aka a hotel room or guest bedroom), and only takes 20 minutes. Get your sweat on and rev up your metabolism before you dive into your Thanksgiving feast!
