Data-generated scouting allows us to combine the data collected for each player in order to communicate the potential strengths and weaknesses of projected lines and/or defensive-tandems. This post will focus on the number of scoring-chances each Montreal Canadiens line or defensive-pairing have produced and allowed per-minute of even-strength ice-time. The players individual totals are combined together in order to give us a clear view of their combined data.
The higher the bubble is within the graph, the more scoring-chances-against the players in that specific line/duo have been directly involved in giving up. The further to the right the bubble is, the more scoring chances-for the players have been directly involved in producing.

FORWARD LINES
Moen, White and Bournival have combined to give up the most scoring-chances against per-minute of even-strength ice-time, with the bulk of those scoring-chances coming from White. In contrast, the Briere, Plekanec and Gionta line have given up the fewest scoring-chances against; despite playing tough minutes against tough competition.
The Pacioretty, Desharnais, and Gallagher line have produced far-and-away the most scoring-chances for per-minute.
DEFENSIVE-PAIRS
The Markov/Subban duo have been directly involved in the production of substantially more even-strength scoring-chances for than any other defensive-pairing. They have the top SCF%, as evidenced by the size of their bubble.
The Murray/Diaz pairing have combined for the most scoring-chances against per-minute of ice-time, while helping to produced the fewest scoring-chances for per-minute. In Diaz's defense, 63% of the scoring chances against have come from Murray, while 72% of the scoring-chances for have come from Diaz.
Bouillon and Diaz actually give up the fewest scoring-chances against per-minute; just slightly less than the Gorges/Emelin pair. Individually speaking, Gorges is directly responsible for the fewest scoring-chances against per-minute, while Murray is responsible for the most scoring-chances against per-minute.
