Gübelin will be launching its new e-boutique. This will make Gübelin the first jeweller in the Swiss luxury segment to offer its customers the opportunity to buy watches and jewelry online.

Digital commerce is becoming an increasingly important factor in retail. This development has also been observed for the luxury goods market. As an innovative firm, Gübelin, in keeping with the times, is now offering 14 top brands from its select range of watches for sale on the internet. The initial range will include some 400 watches from Jaeger-LeCoultre, Roger Dubuis, Piaget, Parmigiani Fleurier, Ulysse Nardin, Zenith, Breitling, Bulgari, Chanel, Hermès, Montblanc, TAG Heuer, Baume & Mercier and Titoni, as well as creations by Gübelin Jewellery.

At first, watches with a value of up to CHF 10,000 can be ordered directly, while products that exceed this value or require explanation of certain special aspects can be requested via the E-Boutique Concierge Service or reserved at one of our Boutiques in Switzerland. The Concierge Service phone line is open from Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and Sundays from 3 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Gübelin is an official partner to these watch brands. So customers can be certain that they are receiving new, original products, all under guarantee. For over 160 years, Gübelin has stood for competence, reliable advice and a wide range of watches. And even online, customers can compare and choose from among various brands of watches. In addition, Gübelin boutiques, with their Switzerland-wide presence, offer the opportunity to obtain in-depth consultation, pick up and return orders, or take advantage of our after-sales service, which our watch-making partners have trained us in.

Online trade will never replace offline retail. But will rather serve to enhance it by including further service offerings. This means that customers can, depending on their preferences, choose between personal consultation directly in our boutiques in Lucerne, Zurich, Basel, Berne, St. Moritz, Geneva and Lugano. And the customer care offerings available by telephone and online. Ensuring a personalized shopping experience. Raphael Gübelin, President of the family-owned firm, sums it up: “We offer the best in customer service. Online as well as offline. With many luxury products, it is not just a matter of owning them. But of the overall experience. This is especially important with jewelry and other high-end items
