Everyone keeps asking me what diet I am doing or what is my secret, well there isn't one. I have cut out all the rubbish I was eating and just making better choices at meal and snack times. Swapping cake and chocolate for fruit and veg and if I do really want something sweet I have an Options Hot Chocolate which is only 40 calories or a chocolate rice cake.
I think I said before that I am using the My Fitness Pal App which is great for keeping track of how many calories you are eating and gives you a break down of how much protein, crabs. Fats, sugar etc your having each day. It's a great guide to keep you on track. I also have found slimming magazines are great for getting recipe ideas. I often adapt them slightly to fit my needs but they are really good for inspiration.
I still have a long way to go, I want to loose at least 3 stone (even then I still will be classed as over weight) but I want to set realistic targets.
I would love to hear if any of you guys have been or are on a health kick? I have been really upping the exercise this week so any tips for that would be great.
