Getting Healthy #1

So today is the end off week 4 of my loosing weight and getting healthy mission and I have lost 1 stone!  I was over the moon when I jumped on the scales this morning, I have not felt this good about myself in a long time. I really am starting to notice the difference, my clothes are hanging off me and I bought a pair of jeans two sizes smaller this week. Eating healthy has really got me into cooking, I am making all meals from scratch and really enjoying it. This week I made burgers and chips which is something I had been craving but as I made it from scratch it didn't effect my diet. I also made a curry from scratch which was bit more of a challenge but everyone thoroughly enjoyed it which was great. 
Everyone keeps asking me what diet I am doing or what is my secret, well there isn't one. I have cut out all the rubbish I was eating and just making better choices at meal and snack times. Swapping cake and chocolate for fruit and veg and if I do really want something sweet I have an Options Hot Chocolate which is only 40 calories or a chocolate rice cake. 
I think I said before that I am using the My Fitness Pal App which is great for keeping track of how many calories you are eating and gives you a break down of how much protein, crabs. Fats, sugar etc your having each day. It's a great guide to keep you on track. I also have found slimming magazines are great for getting recipe ideas. I often adapt them slightly to fit my needs but they are really good for inspiration. 
I still have a long way to go, I want to loose at least 3 stone (even then I still will be classed as over weight) but I want to set realistic targets. 
I would love to hear if any of you guys have been or are on a health kick? I have been really upping the exercise this week so any tips for that would be great.
