I didn't ask an expert. I didn't diet. I didn't cut sugar. I didn't join a gym membership.
Because I have a rebuttal for each one of them.
I didn't ask an expert because I had not tried anything on my own yet.
I didn't diet because I exercise so i can eat whatever I want.
I didn't cut sugar because I have sweet tooth. I get craving kicks to eat sweet like nobody.
I didn't join a gym because if I did and made a list of my tasks, that wouldn't be a priority.
So, I opted for #HomeWorkout sesions.
I will talk about what I did in other posts, but, for now, let's check out this Instagram account "lazygirlguides" ** that I find extremely easy to follow. Their daily posts on different workouts will help you get the hang of working out at home. It will push you to check videos to know what kind of exercises you have to follow and it will further inspire you to become fit.
