FOTD for 5/14/15

By Kwilliford @ExquisiteEczema
Happy Thursday, everyone! I hope you are having a great week so far.  I haven't done a FOTD post in what feels like aeons.  It has been ages, and I think a lot of that stems from insecurities I have.  I don't like the way my face photographs a lot of the time.  But my mom really liked this look and persuaded me to post it.  I wanted to do something fun and springy with some of my Colour Pop products.  Plus I haven't shown them any love in a couple of weeks and I missed their awesomeness.
Products Used:
Kat Von D High Voltage Eye Primer
Kat Von D Lock It Featherweight Primer+Base
ColourPop Super Shock Shadows in Halo (all over), Snap Dragon (liner), and To-A-T in the crease.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade in Soft Brown
Cover Girl Super Sizer Mascara
Almay Smart Wake Up Makeup mixed with 2 drops of the Cover FX Custom Cover Drops
Kat Von D Shade+Light Contour Palette
ColourPop Super Shock Cheek in Hysterical
ColourPop Lippie Stix in Sweet Thing

After priming my eyes and face, I applied ColourPop's Hazel all over my eye.  I used Snap Dragon along my lower lash line and extended it towards the end of my eyebrow to create a wing. I blended a little bit of To-A-T to add some extra warmth.  To finish my eyes, I added two coats of Super Sizer Mascara and filled in my eyebrows.
I mixed Almay's Wake Up Makeup with two drops of Cover FX's Custom Cover Drops and applied all over my face.  I contoured using the lightest shades of Kat Von D's Shade+Light Contour palette.  To complete the look, I applied Sweet Thing and just a teensy bit of Hysterical.  And by teensy bit, I mean I barely touched it.  Those blushes are crazy pigmented.

Apparently the Jergens gradually tanning stuff is working. I look a lot darker than what I normally am.  I don't know if its because that is a new experience for me, but I looks odd to me. Lol.
So there you have it. My easy. springy makeup for the day. Have a great night and don't be like me. As in get off the computer and get some sleep.
