Foam Rolling Video for Tennis Players – Legs

By Kselz @TennisFixation

I have been super tight lately, especially in my legs. Maybe it’s the colder weather. Maybe it’s just me getting older. (Ugh.) Whatever, I’ve been using my foam roller more and more to help stretch and loosen my legs. This handy little piece of equipment can really help dig into your muscles and is almost as good as getting a massage. Almost.

I put together this very, very short video showing my favorite foam rolling exercises for my legs. Please note – this is not a high quality video AT ALL. I am trying really hard to learn how to do videos as I have tons of ideas for them but pretty much no experience or know-how. But by watching this, you’ll definitely know what to do with your foam roller. So here’s my video on foam rolling:

You can also see this video, as well as a few others I’ve done, by visiting the Tennis Fixation YouTube channel, which is, of course, called Tennis Fixation. Become a subscriber to that and you can keep up with my progress as I learn how to shoot and edit videos over the course of the next few months. Should be good for a few laughs.

Happy Tennis!
