Today, I have a flower mani I created recently using the leadlight technique with Vivid Lacquer 032 stamping plate. I discovered the leadlight technique while perusing YouTube sometime ago and saw this video. It's basically a technique where you stamp a design on your nail and color it in with jelly polishes to get a stained glass effect.
For this mani, I used Mint Polish Bellini Babe as a base, it's a neutral shimmer with a hint of pink. The formula is really great and it's opaque in two easy coats. I then stamped on the flower design from the VL 032 plate with Pure Nail Lacquer Limitless, a black creme.
For the colors, I added Butter London Disco Biscuit, Wet n Wild 9.0.2.1.Orange and Sinful Colors Flutter with a dotting tool.
I topped the mani off with Out the Door Top Coat.

I love this technique. The possibilities are endless and it looks way more complicated that it is.Here's a look at Bellini Babe on its own.

What do you guys think of this mani? Have you tried the leadlight technique? What do you think of Bellini Babe?
